Despite trying nearly 19 different businesses, I struggled to find stability and satisfaction. Eventually, I discovered a meaningful opportunity in handmade Maharashtrian jewellery, driven by the vision to make traditional designs accessible and affordable to a wider audience.

After joining Udyami Maharashtra, my approach shifted from scattered efforts to structured execution and strategic growth. Today, through my brand Kalakar Ditya G, I have built a business that not only generates strong revenue but also creates social impact by empowering thousands of women. In just a few months of implementing the right systems, I achieved rapid growth, built my own retail presence in Thane, and scaled operations with confidence and clarity.
