I began my career in 2010 at Sactech Automation India Private Limited as an accountant a company that exported graphics engineering services globally to companies like Honeywell India, Schneider Electric USA, and Panasonic. Over 15+ years, I absorbed not just accounting but the discipline, processes, and responsibility of international business at a deep level. Yet despite professional competence, one significant challenge remained the fear of speaking publicly. Rather than avoiding it, I made the decision to face it directly and that decision became the most important turning point of my life.
In January 2024, connecting with Udyami Maharashtra marked not just a professional change but a personal transformation. Taking on the role of Exim Success Coach responsible for training others in export-import meant my knowledge moved beyond information to becoming guidance that builds understanding, confidence, and action in learners. Under Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali’s mentorship, the focus of learning shifted from “what to do” to “why and how to do it.” Today, alongside export-import training, I have launched an Amazon e-commerce store and continue to mentor entrepreneurs measuring my growth not in financial figures alone, but in the value and knowledge I pass on to others.
