I began my professional journey as a Civil Engineer, working across government and private sector projects for over three decades. From irrigation projects in Maharashtra to large-scale infrastructure with companies like L&T and Gammon India, my career was built on discipline, execution, and leadership. Over time, I developed strong expertise in project management, quality control, and coordination, but I realised that true growth required moving beyond execution into ownership and entrepreneurship.

A major turning point came when I decided to step out of the structured corporate framework and build something of my own. After joining Udyami Maharashtra, my perspective shifted from opportunity-based decisions to structured, research-driven execution. Under the mentorship of Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali, I developed clarity around export processes, risk management, and long-term business sustainability. Today, through Dhanvati Exim Pvt. Ltd., my business generates over ₹6+ crore annually, built on disciplined systems, strong supply chains, and trusted international relationships.
