My journey is not built on overnight success it is shaped through 15 years of consistent industrial experience, a financial crisis that could have broken me, and the quiet determination to rise again. After completing a Mechanical Engineering Diploma in 2011, I began as a Quality Engineer at Kalyani Forgings Limited where the fundamental lessons of production quality, discipline, and technical precision were deeply ingrained. As Team Leader at Systercom India Private Limited and then at Accurate Engineering Private Limited, leadership skills, team management, and decision-making ability were further developed.
Yet even with a stable career, the thought of “building something of my own” never left my mind. In 2018 the most difficult year of my life financial collapse, uncertainty, and no money in hand created a situation that could have finished everything. But my wife’s unwavering moral and emotional support became the true turning point of my journey. I chose to rise again rather than surrender. Through Samarth Sales & Services, I began with domestic operations and then moved into export-import. After connecting with Udyami Maharashtra and Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali, planning replaced day-by-day working, professional networks expanded, and confidence in decision-making grew significantly
