My journey does not rest on any sudden opportunity it is the result of discipline, service, thoughtful decisions, and consistent execution. Medical education, teaching, public health service, and experience in the Indian Army Medical Corps gave my working method clarity, responsibility, and patience. Throughout academic and professional advancement, one thought always remained: farmers work hard, but do not receive fair value for their produce. That awareness led me to the decision of building an agriculture-based business after retirement. But desire alone is not enough the right direction, understanding, and systems are essential, and I knew this well.

Connecting with Udyami Maharashtra at this stage matured my perspective on business completely. Under the mentorship of Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali, I understood that guidance is not just about advice it is about knowing how to make decisions, how to trust the process, and why patience is essential. Today, through Baliraja Agro Products, regular domestic transactions of moringa powder, turmeric, ginger, onion, and garlic are actively underway and 10 people have received direct employment.
