My professional journey began in public sector banking nearly eight years in a secure, disciplined, and stable environment. But the intense desire to build something of my own never let me sit still. Finally, I took the bold step of leaving that comfortable framework and choosing entrepreneurship. In this journey, I started three startups but insufficient business knowledge meant none of them succeeded as hoped. Yet each failure never stopped me; each one made me more prepared for what lay ahead.
I then worked in the solar sector gaining hands-on experience, but faced further difficulties there too. The COVID-19 pandemic became the most difficult phase of my life income nearly vanished, self-confidence wavered, and uncertainty about the future grew. During this period, my wife and family’s steadfast support became my greatest strength. It was at this very point of struggle that connecting with Udyami Maharashtra proved decisive. A ₹99 online session grew into EXIM workshops and PMP coaching under Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali fundamentally changing my thinking. The advice that “accept the offer first, don’t say no at the start” was decisive in my turnaround. Today, annual income has reached ₹30–35 lakh, with work done for 2–3 multinational companies, and my own firm now being established.
