Coming from Latur, I stepped into the export-import industry with limited capital, minimal guidance, and a lack of structured knowledge. Early on, I realised that the industry was driven more by outdated methods than by demand-based planning, documentation, and discipline. Instead of stepping back, I chose to learn through every challenge from handling complex documentation to building credibility in international markets.

A major turning point came when I connected with Udyami Maharashtra. My perspective shifted from traditional, unstructured operations to a system-driven approach focused on processes, risk management, and long-term relationships. Under the mentorship of Dr.Omkaar Hari Maali, I built a more disciplined and global outlook toward business. Today, through Kusum Imports & Exports (India) and Prime Exim (UAE), my business operates across international markets, built on trust, structured execution, and consistent growth
