Early on, I realised that the industry was driven more by outdated methods than by demand-based planning, documentation, and discipline. Instead of stepping back, I chose to learn through every challenge from handling complex documentation to building credibility in international markets.

My perspective shifted from traditional, unstructured operations to a system-driven approach focused on processes, risk management, and long-term relationships. Under the mentorship of Dr.Omkaar Hari Maali, I built a more disciplined and global outlook toward business.
