As Director of Purafil Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd., my journey is exactly this an example of conscious, values-driven leadership in a manufacturing business.

Growing up in a business family, the values of discipline, honesty, and hard work came naturally. Even during college, I handled a trading firm with my mother managing kitchen chimney sales and BPL gas stove franchises, running two office branches, learning daily operations, customer communication, and basic business management firsthand. After completing education, I joined the family business in Pune actively participating in operations, customer coordination, documentation, compliance, and export management in industrial filtration and clean room equipment. Technical drawings, specifications, and project implementation were mastered through consistent on-ground learning alongside technical teams. In 2023, I took the decisive step of accepting full-time active leadership responsibility driven not by pressure but by clarity, responsibility, and the desire to create long-term impact. Connecting with Udyami Maharashtra and Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali expanded my business vision considerably shifting decision-making from immediate needs to long-term outcomes, making operations more systematic, efficient, and results-oriented.
