A Science degree and postgraduate management training gave me a structured and analytical business perspective. Working as Regional Manager at Eureka Forbes and Tata Press Ltd. between 1990–1996, I gained direct experience in sales planning, market understanding, team management, and target achievement habits that became the firm foundation of my entrepreneurial journey. In 1996, I made the bold but well-considered decision to leave a secure job and start my own business. Beginning small, I gradually built a credible identity in the market through experience, consistency, and honest operations. The Public Works Department (PWD) became a primary client, and annual turnover reached ₹1 crore a milestone reflecting disciplined working rather than just numbers. In 2014, losing a major government contract was a decisive experience but rather than viewing it as failure, I chose to learn from it, gaining deeper clarity on risk awareness, planned decision-making, and financial discipline. Connecting with Udyami Maharashtra and Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali added further structure and long-term direction, with annual income now exceeding ₹60 lakh.
