I began my journey from a small village in Junnar, working across pharmaceutical sales and distribution, which gave me deep exposure to healthcare systems in rural and semi-urban areas. Through ventures like Aushadhwala Pharmacy and Medinova Pharma Distributors, I built a strong local foundation. Over time, I realised a critical gap: despite India’s high-quality agricultural produce, there was a disconnect between farmers and global markets. This realisation led me to step into exports through Global Services, focusing on fresh and processed agricultural products.
A major turning point came when I connected with Udyami Maharashtra. My approach shifted from scattered opportunities to structured, system-driven execution. Under the mentorship of Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali, I developed clarity around export processes, compliance, market selection, and digital trust-building. Today, my business operates across multiple international markets, generating over ₹1+ crore in turnover, built on consistency, disciplined execution, and strong supply chain systems.
