I began my journey with a strong foundation in science, completing my PhD in Physics and working for over 18 years in multinational R&D, product design, and global launches. Alongside my corporate career, my connection with farming remained constant, and over time, I gained hands-on experience understanding real agricultural challenges. This combination of scientific research and practical exposure led me to start Kimeya Agro Solutions with the vision of providing scientifically backed, sustainable solutions for farmers.

After joining Udyami Maharashtra, my approach evolved from product-focused thinking to system-driven execution, data-based decisions, and planned expansion. Today, I run a structured agro solutions business with operations across multiple states, a strong dealer network, and a growing farmer base. The business is built on processes, discipline, and long-term sustainability, with a clear roadmap towards scaling and future export opportunities.
