Currently working in the HR department at Jaya Hind Industries Private Limited in Pune, hands-on experience in production, quality, and organisational discipline has been constantly shaping my thinking.

From the very beginning of my career, I focused on understanding export documentation, logistics, and global market expectations in depth. I closely observed the demand for Indian agricultural products particularly in UAE markets and the need to maintain quality consistent with those demands. A failed transaction early on taught me the decisive importance of documentation accuracy, planning, and communication. After connecting with Udyami Maharashtra’s TTA program and Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali’s mentorship, export-import thinking became more precise and structured. Today, I specialise in exporting onion, chilli, and pomegranate to UAE markets, building long-term partnerships between farmers and international buyers.
