After completing a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, I began my career in 2018 at a multinational company where the practical lessons of technical precision, discipline, customer focus, and teamwork became my foundation. Not content with just employment, I published a research paper in the international journal IJARIIE in 2021 and took on a leadership role as President Elect of ISHRAE CSN Chapter. But even with a stable job, the thought of “building something of my own” kept circling in my mind.

Identifying opportunities in the export-import sector particularly in cosmetics, corporate gifting, and agri products I founded S&I Global Connect. The most decisive moment was resigning from stable employment to commit to the business full-time. After that step, clarity, confidence, and momentum all grew noticeably. Connecting with Udyami Maharashtra and Dr. Omkaar Hari Maali transformed scattered, enthusiasm-driven efforts into planned, disciplined, and goal-oriented execution. Weekly and monthly targets replaced daily improvisation. The business is now active in both domestic and international markets with a steadily growing network.
